Many have made this joke before. Perhaps I more than any other. But it's worth repeating.
This kid bears an uncanny resemblance to James Carl.
A couple of possibilities:
JC cloned himself 1/8 size.
JC had a twin brother who was frozen as a zygote and hatched down the road.
JC fathered a child at an incredibly young age with another lanky goofy individual.
JC can reproduced asexually via rhizomes, budding, etc. (Terrifying).
JC, as a child, traveled forward in time to take advantage of webcams, youtube and the release of the song "crazy frog."

I'd suggest two other possibilities. More than the purely physical resemblance to JC, this kid seems to have mastered all of his larger version's mannerisms. So, option 1 is that JC is rounding up lanky, awkward preteens and training an army that will ultimately carry out an appropriately awkward high comedy, agnostic-Catholic revolution. Option 2 is that JC has so inspired the parents of these children, that they are putting tremendous effort into training their children to do unto techno music as JC would do unto techno music. Or it could be the twin zygote thing.
